“Cinco de Mayo” is also known as “Cinco de Mini” (coined by legal eagle and dear friend, EL) because it’s my birthday. I’m usually not a “it’s my birthday” person but I wanted to share how special this one is. Not because it’s a milestone year but … I’m actually acknowledging it and greedily taking in all the love, kindness and generosity.
I took the day off work so I can actually read and absorb the lovely messages, from friends near and far, without juggling them in between meetings. After this tragic pandemic year, I promised myself that I TRULY celebrate these moments – and it feels so good. Thank you. XOXO.
