When starting a business, you ask for and receive a lot of advice. One piece of wise advice I received was to start small and with as few SKUs (variations) as possible to mitigate inventory risk. I took this to heart and launched with just three sizes (small, medium, and large), but had patterns for everything from XS to XXL (and a petite 27-inch length for pants), and always aimed to put this full breadth of sizing into production.

Today, I’m happy to share that all sizes from XS to XXL and petite pants are coming to production! There are moments when I wish I hadn’t listened to the original advice and had moved forward with XS-XXL right from the start. It would’ve given customers more options early on, and may have been more efficient to have everything in production from day one. But, you know what they say about hindsight!

And yes, changes like what's being implemented for the brand this month always ripple down to smaller details. The label you see in the pic will need the updated logos for the next inventory batch. Already, added to the "to do" list!
