I have 5 bags of this Japanese Style Fried Rice from Trader Joe’s in my freezer right now. EJ recommended it, as it's quick to make and everyone in her family likes it - kids, hubby, and herself. She was not wrong.
You can microwave it or cook it on the stove top. My go to: In a non-stick pan, add butter and a protein of your choice (scrambled eggs, shrimp, chicken, canned sardines, whatever). Sometimes, I add kimchi. Sometimes, I add blanched broccoli or some frozen veg. Once that’s cooked, add the rice and a little more butter. You’re done!
